The 2-story units will be sold in partnership with Housing Resources Bainbridge, as part of its community land trust, to qualified buyers with annual income $40,000 to $82,000. USDA fixed rate loans are available – the current annual percentage rate is 4.125% but can be reduced to as low as 1% depending on income to facilitate affordable payments. This is an opportunity to own a home with payments lower than market-rate rent.

ARTWORK
