The community consists of 73 townhomes, 31 of which are 2-story, and 42 of which are 3-story. The community will be built out and sold in two phases. Phase 1 is underway with units for sale. Phase 2 site work is underway with units for sale in 2025.
The 2-story units will be sold in partnership with Housing Resources Bainbridge, as part of its community land trust, to qualified buyers with annual income $45,000 to $98,000 depending on household size. Affordability is achieved through purchase subsidies and financing options offering below market interest rates. The 3-story units will be sold at fair market value to buyers of any income level. There are thirteen 3-story units in Phase 1.
